Empowering Veterans Through Technical Training: The EagleCorps Mission
In a world where access to stable financial services is often taken for granted, there are still segments of society facing formidable challenges. Veterans returning to civilian life often encounter hurdles in transitioning to new careers, exacerbated by a lack of specialized training opportunities tailored to their unique skill sets. However, companies like EagleCorps are stepping up to bridge this gap, offering a lifeline to those who have served their country.
Founding Visionaries with a Shared Mission
Founded by individuals with firsthand knowledge of the challenges veterans face in transitioning to civilian careers, EagleCorps is the brainchild of Leonard “Nappi” Napolitano, CEO & Co-Founder, and Jared Groves, President & Co-Founder. Nappi served in the U.S. Army, where he rose to the rank of sergeant, and now has over 20 years of global experience within the education and ed-tech industries. Jared also served in the United States Army, where he held the rank of Sergeant. Both men share a deep commitment to empowering veterans and providing them with the tools and opportunities needed to succeed in the civilian workforce.
Inclusive Training for Diverse Backgrounds
The company's inclusive approach to training goes beyond traditional models, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of veterans. By providing access to specialized technical training in fields such as cybersecurity, engineering, and IT, EagleCorps empowers veterans to leverage their military expertise in civilian roles, fostering a sense of purpose and continuity in their careers.
